United Electric services Ventura, Santa Barbara and select areas of Los Angeles Counties. We are proud to be family owned and operated since 1979. United Electric is a fully licensed and insured contracting company specializing in custom, new and remodel commercial and residential work. Service Electricians will go on calls to homes and busin...esses' for smaller electrical jobs (as compared to large remodels or large commercial projects). This includes troubleshooting to find why a circuit is not working, a panel change, installing lights and changing out plugs. Must have a driver's license and pass a drug test. Must also have customer skills, drive from job to job and move at a fast pace. Electricians will work on large remodels, new construction and large commercial projects.An Electrician’s primary responsibilities are to install, maintain and repair electrical power, communications, lighting and control systems. Their training and work experience allows them to professionally analyze and detect electrical problems in residential homes and businesses. An Electrician assesses the work needed and gives quotes to customers. They usually work with a team of technicians and engineers, and should know how to work with indoor and outdoor electrical components. Many electricians travel to different regions to troubleshoot and repair electrical problems for customers. COVID-19 considerations: All of our technicians wear a mask and gloves to each location.
