Hey Friends! Let's all stay healthy. Wash your hands. Practice social distancing when you can.... Do light to moderate exercise daily. Exercise helps, but don't overdo it. Eat healthy, nutritious foods. Get some Vitamin D! Spend a few minutes in the sun every day. Stay hydrated! Lots of water. Get plenty of sleep and rest.
