Bruce did something unique today. He spoke to a graduating MCJ class (not new) via Zoom (very new). His speech included words like Kim Jong Un, Lizzo, economic destruction and something about being a tool. You know - he was Bruce. He enjoyed imparting his years (so very many) of wisdom to another outstanding graduating class from his alma mater AND department. All of us at JSA have great respect for the incredible work that Professor Jan Edwards and Fresno State's MCJ Department Chair Betsy Hays are doing and it's always a pleasure to pay a visit, even virtually. From raisins to zoo animals, our clients are as diverse as they come, and each one poses its own set of challenges when it comes to digital marketing. How do you sell homes during a nationwide pandemic and a statewide shelter-in-place order? Our client, Bonadelle Neighborhoods, came to us with that exact question, and we posed the answer: bring the homes to them! We got to work shooting videos at each of their communities detailing the unique features of each model home and what sets them apart from each other as well as other home builders in the Central Valley. With the help of one of their sales counselors, Jeff Nermon, we were able to tackle these virtual home tours quickly and efficiently so that our client could get back to doing what they do best: building value for generations to come!
