One of Shakespeare's fastest, funniest and wildest plays, The Comedy of Errors is a farce that centers around two sets of twins, both separated at birth, who circulate in the same city over the course of one very crazy day. Multiple mistaken identities lead to confusion on a grand scale, while slapstick, puns and clever wordplay all add up to a singularly entertaining experience. Please join us for this joint collaboration between Westminster Community Playhouse and Alchemy Theater Company for a production that is filled to the brim with wild elements and crazy slapstick fun. The show runs on Friday and Saturday nights, August 12 through August 27 at 8 pm and on Sundays afternoons, August 14 through August 28 at 2pm

Due to circumstances WAY beyond our control, we unfortunately have to cancel the final weekend of our current show Funny Money, playing now at WCP. We were informed this week that our neighbors, the Buddist Temple on Chestnut is having a grand re-opening after their big remodel and they are very excited to have the Dalai Lama coming for the weekend of June 18 and 19 to speak. While this is very exciting and meaningful for them, the presence of the Dalai Lama means that the s...ecret service and FBI will be in attendance and several streets around our theater will be closed in anticipation of the 10,000 to 15,000 people they expect to attend this event. The board of WCP looked at several options to try to keep the theater open, but there will be no parking for our actors or patrons and even getting near the theater will be extremely difficult. So we made the painful decision to go dark for our closing weekend. If you were planning to see this very funny show on the 17th, 18th or 19th please adjust your plans and come out to the theater this weekend instead!!! We have a show tonight Friday June 10 at 8pm, Tomorrow, Saturday June 11 at 8pm and a ssunday matinee on June 12 at 2pm. We look forward to seeing you! See more

But as he and his wife wait for the taxi to take them to the airport, detectives and police officers begin arriving at his door, each with a different scenario for Henry's involvement in... something. Henry's inept... attempts to extricate himself from this impossible situation lead to increasingly hilarious situations that only a master farceur like Britian's Ray Cooney (author of "Run for your Wife" and "It Runs in the Family") could create. A Few Good Men by Aaron Sorkin "But who will guard the guardians?" .......from The Satires of Juvenal A Few Good Men centers on the trial of two young Marines for complicity in the death of a fellow Marine at Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, Cuba. The brash young Navy attorney assigned to the case is more interested in softball games than his clients. He expects and wants a quick plea bargain. Prodded by an idealistic female member of his defense team, the lawyer eventually makes ...a risky and valiant effort to defend his clients with every legal skill he possesses. In doing so, he puts the military mentality and the Marine Code of Honor on trial. This play runs from April 8th through April 24th .
