I wish I could say hi and hug all of you. So instead gonna send a wish for a drama free week! Let go of the past, don’t listen to news that will give you anxiety and find a simple balance within. I know we want to feel good all the time - but what if instead we just feel the NOW? Instead of worrying about what could happen just live in the present without judgement and worry. I know I sound crazy and a bit Pollyanna ish. But YOU have to start somewhere. This is me-... Lux filter but it’s me- I am a 48 year old conscious being that lives in the NOW. I am trying not to judge myself and others and I try to have an open attitude daily. My guides are not podcast, celebrities, politicians or even religious leaders. My guides are my heart- what the land, water and the sky feel like- what the birds have to say- what the wind blows to me. I know so many of us are still caught in chaos, fear and well pissed off. It is time for forgiveness. We must forgive the situations and ourselves. My mother used to say it’s time to put on your big girl panties. Used to piss me off - but now I understand. Everyone has something we are dealing with or going through- don’t take it laying down (unless your meditating) stand up and accept your lesson. Then walk forward in love because that is all we can do. Take your daily action of love and step through the bull shit. Mental health is real- so ask for help! You can’t find a peace- go to a professional and get help! Makes you stronger. Alright that’s my plea for you today. Just be you and flow with week. In Palm Springs there is a canyon where The Great Chief lies. He gave the land the bearded Palm trees as his tears were seeds. At his head other warriors lay, as well as Santa Rosa to the left.
