We'll launch a completely restructured dive membership at the Summer Kickoff Party, on June 27th. The new format will be more democratic and more fitting for the majority of the local divers, even the ones who don't dive every month. We can't wait to share the big news with you at the party!

Who here likes to go DEEP?! We usually focus on the 60 ft - 110 ft sites so we can cater to all levels of recreational divers. But this weekend, one of our customers needed help filling spots on his tech private charter.... We just opened up 5 rare Humboldt spots to the USS Hogan, a deeper shipwreck that sits in about 135 ft under the water. It's finally time to get back in the water. Until second notice, scuba divers will be treated as "swimmers", which means that shore diving is now allowed. Love it or hate it, it's your only option so far as boating is still banned. ... Remember to follow the city's guidelines so they don't change their minds and close the ocean again. Facing the possibility of a lockdown, we have 8 divers who want to go diving, making for a confirmed trip on the Humboldt tomorrow morning. Conditions this weekend were great, and should hold before this next rainfall. Tomorrow 3/17-3 dives of the Point Loma variety kelp sites and maybe a wreck, maybe wheels! Join us and the other divers who are heading out at 8am. We are hopping not, but this could be our last trip for a little bit! Bring your own snacks as the taco bar plans have been postponed.
