Cervical Cancer Screening The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends women aged 2129 years should have a Pap test every 3 years to screen for cervical cancer. Women aged 3065 years should have a Pap test and an HPV test preferably every 5 years. Remember, you should continue your regular screenings even if you have received the HPV vaccine or had a hysterectomy and your cervix was not removed. Unsure if you are due for a screening?
