Jim Burrus Sr. purchased Walt's Cycl...e 31 years ago and the bike shop has been a family affair ever since. Behind the registers and stocking shelves, you'd find Lisa and Michelle, Jim's daughters. Building and repairing bikes, his son Jim Jr.. Mrs. Burrus handled the books. Their employees became a second family. People that worked at Walt's in their high school years have been known to chat up Jim Sr. decades later. So what's new with Walt's Cycle? While you can find Jim Sr. dropping in on occasion, Jim Jr. and Michelle have taken over the business. Keeping Sunnyvale cycling while protecting health and safety is a priority.
