This beautiful boy is living his best life in the most wonderful home with 3 other adopted siblings. It’s the best way to build a family, adding rescue doggies. There is no doubt in our minds that this family knows the meaning of unconditional love. Here are a few words from his beautiful sister Cami. Who knew they were meant to me the moment she saw him. Roman is funny, loud, authentic, and gentle. As soon as I saw him online, I felt a connection. It took him a while to warm up to everyone, but as soon as his did, little bits of his character shone through. We have discovered he is food motivated, loves squeaky toys, and adores cuddles. He thinks he is fierce, but when you pick him up, he’ll snuggle up closely. He is a determined dog with lots of love to give. I am forever grateful to Walk Me Home Rescue for giving little Roman another chance at happiness. We are so thrilled to say Roman has found his forever home. Thank you! Family isn’t always blood. Today has been a little emotional for me. I’m nervous,stressed out whatever. I decided to clear my head for a minute and go do something that makes me feel better. I came across this gentleman who has always been nice and so appreciative of everything he receives. As I was walking away he said good luck today with the election. I think I had a blank look on my face That he felt the need to explain. I know firsthand what it feels like to be discriminated against . I was s...o caught off guard I did not know how to respond. I just stared. I noticed the picture hanging in his tent and I asked if you would be OK if I took a pic. . I guess we not so different after all. We just want to be treated with respect.
