Spent Monday - in the rain, snow and hail - scouting locations in The City of Moreno Valley Government for some upcoming Spring Break bike safety workshops. Excited at the prospect of returning to on-site activities.

While riding to view the #Conjunction2020 I was surprised by how many walkers and cyclists were covered head to toe in black. Not even a reflective arm band. Ppl when it gets dark you became invisible. Wear bright/reflective something. anything. Someone was offended that I was invading their space when I offered a reflective arm band. Really I just wanted to make sure he didn’t share his space with an EMT in the back of an ambulance. #bebright #BeSmartBeSafe
