Been awhile. Gonna be awhile longer. Just wanted to send a big shout out to all of the yoga teachers out there that are doing your best to keep sharing your craft online. Our world needs us. Your students need you. Sure, remote teaching isn’t the same. But it works. People are practicing.... Some of my favorite studios in the world have just closed for good. To be honest, they should’ve done it months ago. We’ve all been afraid to cut the tether of hope; the hope that we’ll be able to fall back into the comfort of our old ways. In-person group classes will be back eventually, but for now, we have to keep trying to adapt to the current reality. I’m so inspired by all of the teachers out there that are leading the charge. Don’t stop!

I can't believe that it's been 5 months of teaching on Zoom already! Thank you so much to all of you who continue to show up day in and day out. I am grateful for our online community. My new schedule just went out in this week's email... Tues/Thurs 9am (donation)... Wed/Fri 5pm Mon/Wed 7:30am Sun 10am (donation) As you can see, three of my classes will continue to run on a donation basis. That will never change.
