ViVO STUDENT SPOTLIGHT ~ Meet Victoria Hernandez, ViVO violinist and SVHS 9th grader, and learn how music changed her life. "I started playing and coming to ViVO in elementary school and I can't imagine my life without this program. Music is my escape from reality, it is everywhere I go and it is essential to my life. Music has opened so many doors for me, I met so many cool people, I met friends and have been to places to perform that I would not have an opportunity otherwis...e. When I don't play music, I listen to music and I dance. Without music life would gray, without any flavor or seasoning, like an empty crayon box."
