Paula has been a part of the Vitello's team for almost 10 years. Every poster, logo, sign, website, menu, etc, Paula does it all. We know that 2020 hasn't been easy for anyone, but if someone could spare a little bit for one of the core members of our family, we would be forever grateful.

ESSENTIALLY US Spotlighting extraordinary individuals in the restaurant industry during these unprecedented times. This idea came to me after an old friend who... owns an Italian restaurant shared the story of one of her long time employees. I hope my fellow restaurateurs will take this and run with it each Wednesday so that we can introduce to our customers to some of the hardest working people I know. I hope you enjoy YELP is reporting that that 60% of the 26,160 temporarily closed restaurants are now permanently CLOSED! Furthermore, while temporary closures are down, permanent shutdowns are up. For those of you who have worked in a restaurant, been part of a family that owns a restaurant, or at the very least enjoys going out to eat, you know how hard most of these people work; Early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays. Most of these individuals continue to sacrifice their own health as well as the health of their families during this pandemic so they can pay rent and provide a good home for all of them. I wanted to spotlight these selfless humans whom WE call family and to highlight them as the invisible heroes they truly are. MEET NATASHA. She will be celebrating her 3rd year here at Vitello’s this Christmas, having joined us in December of 2017. Natasha came to us as a server and continues to be an integral part of our front-of-the-house team. Born only a few miles from the restaurant in Burbank, she and her family moved to Huntington Beach at the age of 5. The beach clearly had a big influence on her upbringing. Now, at the age of 25, she explains she feels like an old soul having experienced so much at such an early stage in her life. On her days off, she loves spending time outdoors. Hiking, exercising and playing volleyball are some of her favorites but mention snowboarding and her smile grows from ear to ear. She relaxes by doing yoga which she is certified to teach. Since Covid struck, she now teaches via Zoom twice weekly. Her other passion is hockey and as a kid always dreamed of being one of the Ice Girls for the L.A. Kings. Her dream came true a few years back when she auditioned for the team and made it! Be sure to give her a wave next time at a Kings game. You’ll know which one she is with that same big smile. Next on her list is to become a sports broadcaster. She thinks she would be really good at it and we couldn’t agree more. Her favorite place to get away is Big Sky Montana. She was quick to answer when asked what her favorite food wasMEXICAN. Least favorite, Indian food. Natasha says he loves working here because she gets to meet so many different types of people. Oh ya, she loves her fellow staff members too

Calling all wine lovers Tuesday, August 25th, Wine Tasting In The Tent! We will set up your tasting at a private table in our 3200 sq ft outdoor covered space, located adjacent to our restaurant. All four sides are open to create a breeze. All tables will be generously spaced. ... Face covers are required to enter and move about. Wines will be pre-poured to minimize interactions.
