Yoga at the Whale Laguna beach - Looking for some holiday zen, tomorrow this is yoga at the whale going on with a great yoga instructor I get to practice with. It’s an all levels, one hour flow class by donation ($15 suggested). Bring a mat or towel and some water. We will practice in the grass at the amphitheater in Heisler Park, Underneath the warm sun, overlooking the ocean
