Chef Spotlight - Meet Gabriel Ledesma Head Kitchen Chef. Gabriel has been our head kitchen chef for 8 years. He takes pride in knowing that people are enjoying his food preparation. He recommends the salmon sashimi combination dinner with tempura vegetables. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies.

If you don't see Chef Sai at Gozen chances are he's out passing the volleyball around with friends. He recommends the OMG roll claiming it as his speciality.
