On tomorrow April 3rd we will be celebrating my big brother Cletus Anderson 80th birthday with a drive-by parade time and location listed on flyer for those who don't know Cletus is the founder of VIP records who at one time operated over 10 locations and is credited for launching the career of countless major and independent artist.

Happy Heavenly Birthday my brother, you will surely be missed.

This is a beautiful day in the city but a very sad day in my heart having learn of the passing of my friend my brother Marcus (Chill) Phillips a member 0f the VIP Records family who played a big part in the history of VIP Long Beach. He was also one of the founding members of the R&B group TWELVE AM. He had gone through many years of various illness may you rest in paradise now my Brother.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Thompson and VIP family. Rest In Peace Keith DjSlice Thompson. Forever in our hearts.
