Meet Cheryl! Cheryl has been part of the Vine team for 9 years, as the General Manager for our transit operator. Cheryl loves serving the community, and was the brains behind our recent food drive. When she noticed the Salvation Army's meal distribution skyrocketing during the Glass Fire, she knew they needed help. She did such a great job organizing the drive that we ended up with nearly a busload of donations.... Most people don't know this, but Cheryl was a gymnast when she was younger. She still likes to stay active, but these days it's more golfing and hiking, and less tumbling across the mat. When COVID-19 is behind us, Cheryl most looks forward to travelling and spending time with friends and family. Thanks for everything you do Cheryl!

Vine operators practiced navigating around pedestrians and cyclists in a tricky obstacle course at our transit yard, to help make sure everyone stays safe on the road. Tyler even jumped in as the cyclist/pedestrian to avoid on the course and we think he nailed his performance. Thanks to Supervisors Benny Ramirez, Joe Villalobos, and Tyler Cross for setting up the course and making pedestrian and cyclist safety a priority!
