#vvspotlight this week is the classic Chateau Pradeaux Côtes De Provence Rosé! It’s a fuller expression of Rosé that is well balanced in its acidity and body. The vineyards used for this blend were previously classified as Bandol up until 2012 which means their current 2018 bottling is basically Bandol at an incredible bargain. This vintage is made up of Cinsault and Mourvèdre with Grenache and Carignan to balance out the blend. Interested in trying this amazing wine?
