Hello Fans! If you purchased a ticket in person at the box office for an event at the Viejas Arena or Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre that has been cancelled or rescheduled to a new date that you cannot attend, you can receive your refund by returning your physical tickets in person within 30 business days from when the box office re-opens. A box office re-opening date has not yet been determined as we are following current guidelines. We will announce this date as soon as we can! As COVID-19 puts concerts and live events on pause, Live Nation has given ticket holders refund options if you have tickets to a Live Nation show that is cancelled or rescheduled to a new date that you cannot attend, including those at the Viejas Arena or the Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre. If your show was rescheduled to a new date and you’d like to attend, please hold on to your tickets as they will automatically be valid for the new date!!
