JOY FULL New Sermon Series starting February 21 In our new four-week sermon series, JOY FULL, we will look at Paul's letter to the Philippians, focusing on the joy we have in Christ. All of us deal with adverse or challenging circumstances in life that could snatch away any hope or happiness that we have. But we do not have to worry or fret; for there is a joy that does not depend on our circumstances. This joy is rooted in the truth that we have all we need and more in Christ! Our aim in this series is to be founded on Christ and learn to find contentment, hope, and joy in Him, in spite of our present crisis and suffering, resulting in the gospel being demonstrated and declared.

In Part 1, we focused on The Gospel Explained, highlighting the power of the gospel and the greatness of God's mercy toward His people. God's mercy was made evident in the sacrifice of His only Son, Jesus Christ, and this mercy is the reason we have eternal life and are able to live the life God wants us to live. ... In this second part, the principles Paul lays out in the final chapters of Romans are our responses in view of God's mercy. We will express our gratitude for the gospel by serving and loving others, submitting to authority, and being united in Christ as His Church.
