With great pride in my dental team, I am exited to announce that this year in-spite of some turbulence, we will once again be able to offer a day of dental services to Veterans, Active Duty and their family members at out office on Thursday October 8th 2020. The services will include same day dental procedures, such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, exams/consultations and radiographs. Today marks 4 weeks of isolation without sugar. Walking 8 miles every day, no meat, dairy or flour. The change has been fantastic! I feel great! Zero wine..... zero alcohol! A healthy vegan diet, gluten free, caffeine free, sugar free, 15 minutes of meditation, and a 1 hour home workout each day! Lost 15 pounds and gained muscle mass. I have no idea whose status this is, but I am really proud of them so I decided to copy-paste!
