If I were scheduled for a covid vaccine these are the steps I would take to lower my risk of an adverse reaction. As a disclaimer, I don't know of any research on this. This is my educated speculation that some of the same mechanisms that would protect me in the event of a toxin exposure would translate to protection from an adverse vaccine reaction. Vaccines are one of the most polarized issues in our society so I was hesitant to make a video on the topic. At the same time I think nuanced conversations that look to the middle ground on highly polarized issues are important. One of the pieces that I see missing from vaccine conversations is what can be done to lower the risk of adverse reactions.
