Veterinary Receptionist Week is April 19 - 25, 2020 Emily joined our Client Care Team in Culver City in December 2015.... Emily’s background at a local pet store provided her with customer service experience but it is her deeply kind personality that is most impactful in her daily work. Emily cares very much for our patients & their families & is often even singled out for such in online reviews. Emily is always willing to lend an ear & a smile to visitors. Happy Veterinary Receptionist Week to Emily & to front desk staff in pet hospitals everywhere. Thank you for the compassion you bring with you to the office every day. #VetReceptionistWeek
Happy Veterinary Receptionist Week April 19 - 25, 2020 Raquel joined the Client Care Team in Culver City nearly 3 years ago. She brought with her nearly 2 decades of experience working at a primary care veterinary practice. Raquel’s calm, consistent demeanor coupled with her strong work ethic make her a valuable part of our group.... Raquel has a strong love for all things that meow & is always especially interested in easing cat stress. While we’re fortunate that most canine visitors are easily pleased with a treat or a hug, our feline friends can be a bit finickier or even nervous. We constantly strive to make all visits as comfy as possible. We are happy that Raquel wants to continue to aid us all in becoming as cat friendly as humanly possible. Happy Veterinary Receptionist Week to Raquel & to client service teams in pet hospitals all around the world. Thank you for your dedication to pets & their families. #VetReceptionistWeek

Chase is King of his Castle (... & neighborhood, we think!) This 17 pound curly-tailed Terrier Mix cutie also goes by the nickname Bear. Chase’s 8th Birthday is next week... & so is his 2 year Cancerversary. In April 2018, Chase was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. At his check-up last month, his Mom reported he was doing well & his blood tests showed the same. Chase likes treats, naps, adventuring through his neighborhood & lounging by the pool. #kickingcancersbutt #petswithcancerhavefuntoo
Share your pets with us! Our daily work is serious business but it is also a labor of love. Every day we strive to improve the quality of life for pets with cancer & the families who love them. We know the families of our patients will have challenging days & want to provide help as those arise. We also delight in hearing stories of our patients enjoying life.... Please share with us a photo(s), a video of less than 30 seconds or a story of your furry family member enjoying themselves. We‘d like to share some of these stories on our social media pages to let the world know that #petswithcancerhavefuntoo We welcome the stories of those by your side, in your lap or simply in your heart.
