Happy Friday hope everyone is safe and healthy. Found this Dalgona Coffee receipt the other day and decided to make it as my afternoon easy-to-make iced coffee treat. It’s so easy and yummy too. All you need is:... 2 tbsp instant coffee 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp hot water Any kind of dairy you want for the base First step, put the first 3 ingredients in a pint glass bowl and whisk it all together by rolling the whisk back and forth between your hands. **Put the glass on a towel so it doesn’t move around!! Whisk until the texture changes and peaks form on the whisk. Then put your dairy in a glass with some ice, and spoon the frothy coffee mix on top! That’s it! Who is ready to treat yourself some Ice coffee like me during self-isolation. See more
