This is something I always tell my clients when they are closing on a home, be very wary of an email from escrow to send money via wire. As a notary I will usually have that wire information printed out along with all the closing documents the clients will be signing. If in doubt do not send, and immediately contact the Escrow Officer or your Real Estate Agent directly. Wire fraud is on the rise! I feel very badly for the couple in this scenario $130,000 that is a lot of money to lose!

Busy day! First Eastlake then San Marcos to sign loan docs, La Jolla to pick up docs, Eastlake again...then Chula Vista High to watch my sons Lacrosse game. Then to Otay to set up a Living Trust, then to Otay Ranch for another loan signing. Whew! Met some really great people & kids. (They want me to babysit ;)) Love what I do!

Thank you City of Chula Vista for keeping our roads beautiful! As a Mobile Notary I drive all over San Diego County and I think about this often...I believe our streets are the BEST in the entire county. I see a pothole, two maybe three days later they are filled! Amazing job #cityofchulavista They are currently paving the whole street on which I live. I don't even mind the slight inconvenience ;) The worst streets in our county have to be Claremont & La Jolla! Im always dodging potholes there!
