*****UPDATE!!! - PAPA KOFI HAS BEEN RESCUED AND IS NOW IN A LOVING HOME***** PLEASE help save Papa Kofi. He's about 7-8 years old. This beautiful boy, three oth...er dogs, three cats, a tortoise, chickens and a horse lost their mom. She lived alone, and people who knew her wondered why she hadn't been around. Her friends had a welfare check done by the local police department. It was discovered she had passed away while watching TV. Her animals went with no food for three days before anyone knew what had happened. Animal control came and got the dogs and cats. The three smaller dogs, chickens, and tortoise have found a home. Papa Kofi is very scared and timid, better with female dogs, we don't know how he'd be with kids, but he's a sweetheart! Please share this post so we can get him into a loving home. He is currently at the Rancho Cucamonga Shelter. If you live alone, please have a plan in place so if no one hears from you, at least someone will check to see if you are okay. These kids were lucky they only went three days with no food. See more
