Ok getting ready to do this again. The goals of "Vern's Natural Meats" are to provide a wholesome, natural alternative to the hormone impacted meats found within the markets we shop today. We specialize in Beef, Pork, Lamb and Rabbit with poultry and fresh eggs to be added at a later date. Vern's natural meats has been providing these alternative possibilities to friends and family for the last five years. The pork has been getting the most wonderful reviews. the price is going to be a little bit higher as we just almost broke even a six bucks a lb. so i need to cover just a little more so I am going to ask 6.30 wrapped and ready to BBQ.... remember a half a hog is close to 100 lbs Vern of Vern's Meat. We cooked the first of the pork you raised for us. I slow cooked the bone-in pork shoulder roast in 20 oz. of stout beer on high for 6 hours. Then I cut chunks of the meat from the bone and baked it with some sauerkraut for 30 minutes at 350. It was tender, moist and just plain delicious. I would have brought you some, but there wasn't any left over. The Italian sausage is thawing. SAID "A wonderful satisfied customer" Thanks C and D
