Vereschagin Law Firm has sued Uber Technologies again for product liability and negligent hiring, training and supervision of its drivers. The case is Hollmann Perez v. Uber Technologies, Inc., San Francisco Superior Court case No. CGC-18-569174. Mr. Perez was hit while walking in a crosswalk by an Uber driver distracted by the Uber App software map. Time for Uber to implement some true hiring and training standards of its drivers, and for it to require voice directions rather than visual maps that distract drivers.

Further specifics of deplorable acts of racial harassment directed towards Mr. Wright are contained in the attached lawsuit complaint that was filed.
