Haven’t been posting much lately as I’ve been pretty busy with multiple things. First pic is some progress on a jk ttb crossmember, 2nd is the progress on the fl80 rv, and 3rd is the Jeep we got off auction to sell. Got this off auction and am selling it 12,500 selling it as is with salvage title and bill of sale. 2011 wrangler unlimited rubicon with automatic transmission. Pros: Dana 44, front axle is gusseted, hd 3/16 brackets, slotted vented rotors, Currie diff cover, and rcv axle shafts. Hd tailgate tire carrier, offroad evo rocker guards and skids, psc steering box(for ram assist) and psc pump and reservoir, lifted 3-4 inches with aftermarket upper and lower control arms, extended ...front sway bar links. Rear axle had Currie diff cover, offroad evo track bar and suspension brackets, slotted and vented rotors. Cons: tcase is broken in pieces, both driveshafts are out and the Tranny mount is broken, the drivetrain is crooked. The main relay box under the hood is missing so I don’t know the miles of the Jeep. Looks like evap canister is gone as well probably got hit by the driveshaft, no rear bumper and all shocks are gone. The red Jeep is at the alignment shop for the 3rd and hopefully final time so it’s time to show some love to Clifford. It has 20k miles on a new 6.0 and transmission but it sucks to drive on its 6-7 inch lift. So I’m lowering it down to 3-4 inches and replacing all the string components and ball joints. Should make it a much smoother ride and fix the really sloppy steering #venturejeeps

13 parts make up the ttb crossmember. Got them all de-burred and labeled. Tomorrow will be hitting them with the orbital sander and bending all 4 filler plates. Bouncing around to different projects today. This crossmember that I’ll be making/assembling will e the first Jeep Wrangler jk ttb crossmember for sale. Hopefully I’ll have it done this weekend. Get a budget friendly ifs swap or go full prerunner ttb setup with this crossmember. Either way, I’m pretty sure I’m the only company with this part for sale. $1400 before tax and shipping. Red rona Jeep is at the alignment shop so I’m burning time working on the fl80 rv chassis. Drilled lots of 3/4 holes through the frame rails and new 1/4 plate that will connect the two frame rails as well. There’s also a crossmember they connects the two frame rails. I figured that would be the strongest spot to add the frame. Next is tow hitch fab, one note crossmember, and por15 costing so I don’t get rust. Also test fitting the high heat/density plastic that will be between the truck frame and sub frame. The picture isn’t the best but I now have plenty of caster on the front end which I didn’t have before. It was about 10 hours start to finish fir removing the old crossmember and welding the new one in. The new version 2 ttb crossmember test fitted in a jk frame section. Fits great and looks better than the first one I did also. Lol. Getting started on the new version(2nd version) of the ttb crossmember. Can’t wait to get this done and installed in the Jeep. Depending on my motivation level, I’m hoping to have the Jeep assembled with the new parts this weekend and back to the alignment shop early next week. If adding a ttb front end to a Jeep Wrangler was easy, everybody would be doing it, right? Well, probably not because Jeep people love their straight axles Anyways, the first version of the ttb crossmember that’s currently in the Jeep, needs some changes to correct the axle angles/alignment. Of course I don’t want to cut out the one that’s in the Jeep but it needs to be done right so here we go. Thankfully this new tool will make fixing the problem faster and easier. I still don’t know how to work the programming perfectly so instead of creating a layout that utilizes more of the steel, I can only cut one part at a time.
