We have all been profoundly affected by the Covid-19 virus in one way or another. Shopping, school closures, social distancing, and heightened awareness of the news are just a few of the ways our lives have changed in recent weeks. The worst part for most of us is not knowing what today or tomorrow will bring f...or ourselves and our family. In varying degrees, we have all recently experienced feelings of stress and anxiety. Stress and anxiety are the body’s reaction to harmful situationswhether the situation is real or perceived. Stress and anxiety cause emotional distress, harm the body, and can compromise our immune systems.
