As many of you know, we are currently closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This has been heartbreaking for us on so many levels and we cannot wait to re-open and resume serving you the comfortable #vegetarian and #vegan food you know us for and crave! In the interim, our primary concern is protecting and supporting the Vegetable staff, which is why we created this page asking for your support. While emergency unemployment benefits are available, those funds are much less tha...n the prior wages our staff was receiving. 100% of the funds will be evenly distributed to each member of our team. Due to the newest safer at home order issued by our mayor last night, we will only remain open today (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday) and then be closed until further notice. Have you tried our Baked Eggplant Lasagna Alfredo? It’s filled with layers of eggplant, spinach, and homemade cashew ricotta, served on a bed of mashed potatoes and topped with alfredo sauce, arugula, sweet pickled onion and balsamic.
