You will be missed lil Gari!!! . On April 2018 we launched VV with Gari for the first time at @sbvegandrinks thanks to @veg4life @lisa.quan2018 and Shoumen. From there, we met all of you amazing people whom weve built so many forever friendships with The community welcomed us with such open arms and we are so grateful for the immense amounts of support you all have given us. So big thanks to @vegandonutgelato @cinnaholicsanjose @vistacenterblind @naturalherbalpainreliefs...j @intuit @apple @roaddogs @fuzesj (and so many more!!) for inviting us into your space and allowing us the opportunity to spread veganos to our community The veryy beginning of our VV journey all started with Gari and you all. So last Friday was a very emotional day for us when we finally found a new home for Gari. We really wanted to keep her as a token of our first stepping stone but tight circumstances didn’t allow us to do so. . Either way Gari is now in good hands with @chef_ryan_scott @ryanscott2go so maybe you’ll see her on TV one dayThough he should just put us on TV so we can do a vegan cooking demo for America . How did y’all like the tostadas yesterday??? Tbh the Repollo tostadas are easilyyy one of my favorite dishes from our menu. Something about the combination of the fresh pickled cabbage and the mashed beans with our creamy queso fresco just gets to me We will be having Taco n Tostada Tuesdays from here on so if you haven’t tried my favorite dish yet then come through next week .
