As a parent it is scary to think of anything happening to our children. But I just want to reassure everyone that the threat the newspaper wrote about was not credible, there has been nothing to suggest its accusations. The school has brought in extra measures to comfort the kids as well as the parents today. Please be kind to the staff, teachers and administration as they are working through this as well.

Today is Bronco Feast. Various vendors will be on campus at lunch selling items for your children between $1 and $7.

You all are invited to attend the VUSD/PTA informative talk on the reality of sex trafficking in Tulare County tomorrow night, Wednesday, November 29th from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at the Rotary Theater in Visalia (330 S. Dollner St). Doors will open at 6pm. The target audience will be STUDENTS and PARENTS of 7th-12th grade. (Parents of younger children are encouraged to attend but elementary students should not be present at this event.) (apparently some limited child care will be ...provided per the VUSD mailing. ) Sex trafficking in Tulare County is primarily through on line/social media sex predators with false identities that groom students for months before seizing opportunity to make a physical connection with them that then is later exploited to continue the trafficking. These are good students falling into this trap. Please help parents and students to be informed by advertising this unique presentation. See more
