It’s time to talk about TOMAHAWKS! Give the gift of a Prime Tomahawk Steak for the Holidays. Today, we are showing you how we like to cook ours, by reverse searing it on the Santa Maria grill. First, we used Duck Fat Spray as a bider, then we seasoned with M SALT, which is a blend of Kosher sea salt, garlic salt, and black pepper mixed to perfection. Once the internal temperature hits 125 it’s ready to come off the grill. Let the tomahawk steak rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing!
