HOLIDAY SALE TIME!!! We have worked really hard to bring in products for the holidays this year. As you are all aware by now, bicycles are nearly impossible to get due to manufacturing restrictions and Covid. However... WE HAVE BIKES! Yep. Also, we have CHILI PRO SCOOTERS IN STOCK NOW! We have OAKLEY SUNGLASSES IN STOCK NOW. We have eScooters on the way and tons of them will arrive before Christmas. We also have GT / Dyno Big BMX arriving before Christmas and lots more bikes ...coming in so get your orders in NOW because if you wait they will be gone. Supplies are limited and we mean VERY VERY LIMITED. See attached photos. In keeping with tradition our Black Friday sale will last until 12/24/2020 at close of business. It is however unlikely that the products will be here that long so don't delay. The biggie: 10% OFF ANYTHING IN THE STORE now through 12/24/2020. Yep, even with the limited supply you get a discount here. Item's MUST BE IN STOCK or ALREADY ON THE WAY. This does not apply to special orders period. This offer INCLUDES Oakley Products. 10/2/2020 Customer Update Hello everyone! We hope that you are all safe and healthy. Here is your regular shop update. Covid: We are still requiring masks for all customers and employees. The 3 person max in the shop limitation is still in effect and we also request that everyone uses the provided hand sanitizer before touching anything in the shop. Business hours haven't changed, still 7 days a week normal operations and no appointments are necessary.... Bicycles: We have begun to get a few bikes in that aren't spoken for so if you want a bike give us a call and we will let you know what is available. We have a few Cannondale hard tails available, a couple of GT Full Suspension bikes, a bunch of kids bikes and a few eBikes right now with more on the way. New stuff: We just did a huge deal with Schwinn to bring in some of the new electric scooters. They should be arriving in the next month or so and they are really cool so if you are looking for an electric scooter or an alternative fun item for someone's Christmas present give us a call or come by and we will give you the details. These aren't toys like the Razer ones you find at Walmart or Target, these are high quality like the ones you would rent at Tahoe or in a large metro. Service: The shop is slammed. We are catching up and have reduced the lead time on service by a week in the last month but the work keeps piling up. If you can't do without your bike for a length of time (dropping it off) then alternatively you can create a "Wait Tag" with us which is where we call you when your service ticket is up and you bring the bike in immediately so that you aren't waiting 2 weeks for service without your bike. If you have any questions about issues that aren't answered here please feel free to call the shop during business hours. We aren't monitoring the Facebook messenger closely because we are so busy. We look forward to any opportunity to earn your business! Valley Bikes

8/14/2020 Customer Update Hello everyone, I'm sorry we haven't posted an update lately but we have been absolutely swamped. Here is our current status. Hours: No change, 7 days a week normal hours.... Covid Related Summary: Wear a mask, 6 feet physical distancing, limit of 3 persons in the store at once, walk in accepted - no appointment necessary. If you feel ill or someone at home feels sick or has been sick please don't come to the store. Service: 3 weeks (approximate) wait. Drop off only. We are doing wait tags also which is where you bring in the bike, let us look at it and give you a visual estimate. We then create a work order for you and when your work order reaches the top we call and have you bring the bike back for service. This way you aren't without the bike while you are waiting. Sales: We have tons of bikes on order and we receive new shipments of bikes weekly. Bikes are flowing in but not at the normal rate. Everything is slowed down due to factory closures because of Covid-19. Some Pre-Order bikes have been delayed due to supply issues at the factories. Right now SRAM and Shimano are unable to meet the demand of components to build new bikes and this is causing 1-2 month delays in new bike arrivals world wide. We are still doing pre-orders so if you are thinking about a bike for Christmas - you might want to start moving on it now. We project a full return to normal stock and supply levels in the bicycle industry wont happen until June of 2021 or later. Service supplies and parts: Parts are flowing in every day. We have now begun to receive back ordered common items such as tubes, 7-8 speed drive-line parts and common brake parts but the supply is slow and unpredictable. Common items such as 26" tires, some tubes and different derailleurs are hard to get right now but we are working with our suppliers to meet the demand. In the mean time our technicians have done a stellar job of patching up bikes and getting them back on the road, even for customers who need parts we can't get right now. We think outside the box to get you going again so don't be afraid to bring the bike in even if you don't think the parts are available. Sometimes you have to get creative and we are good at that. I hope you are all doing well and we look forward to your visit. Have a great day!

It's been a whole year since the GT Factory Racing team hung out together, and with 2019 season around the corner, they took the opportunity to head to beautifu...l New Zealand to bond over beers and bikes before racing got underway. From New Plymouth to Rotorua, the gang explore Wyn's old stomping grounds, surf some major waves, meet the winner of the GT Pinkbike GTFO with GTFR contest and, of course, ride and race bikes. Oh, and they finally got to find out who this George fellow is!

Valley Bikes is diversifying! We have added Airsoft products to the store. Currently we only stock consumables such as green gas, BB's, CO2's, and a few other items such as speed loaders, regs and general support items. We will be doing tech after some specialty tools arrive. Airsoft is a very popular sport in our area and we are happy to fill the need for a local outfitter. We will grow it as the demand for it grows so if you want to see us carry more we will need your suppo...rt. Currently we are selling the full line of EVIKE products which you can see here Airsoft Evike.com . We are unable to do promotions and sales at this point so we sell at the MSRP, but it is the same MSRP you get at Evike. So if you want to have a local shop to go to come by and do your orders with us! If it takes off we will start stocking more stuff. You can view the full line of tactical gear, camping and outdoor equipment as well as airsoft gear at www.evike.com
