Today we inducted our newest member Todd Lowell who is a real estate attorney with Reynolds Law. Todd is married to a nurse, has two daughters and one grandchild. Todd also has a passion for community service. Welcome Todd!

We had an awesome golf tournament today at Green Valley Country Club! Golf, food, weather, and friendship were all great. It was load of fun, and we raised money for scholarships for high school seniors! Thanks so much to Will Hite and the golf committee for making this great event happen.

Our Vacaville Rotary Club meeting on Thursday, October 15. This week's meeting will be in-person at Opera House (560 Main Street). Our speaker will be Krishna Abrams, Solano County's District Attorney. The meeting will begin at 12:15 p.m. Lunch will be served starting at noon. Thanks Rotarians for a great project at the Vacaville Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club! We replaced the ceiling tiles and installed new appliances in the kitchen! Thanks to Rick Strand for organizing this. We appreciate Rotarians Jason Case, Frank Newton, Carol Landry, Marleen Maltby, Jan Larson, Anna Eaton, Barton Brierley, and Mike Little, and friends Michelle Strand, Billy Sanders, Tom Booth and Shawn McMahon for helping.

We had fun today with lots of guests where we talked about our club’s local and international projects. It was beautiful weather to be in the Young Artists Conservatory’s lovely garden event space thanks to Rotarian Wanda Cook. Looking good Jennifer House in your Rotary Club of Vacaville mask!
