Just learned of another one of my ex-students making a successful mid-career transition into UX. His path: Marketing > Startup product design > Product Design internship w/ FAANG.... No doubt in my mind he's set up to succeed after his internship's over. For those of you who are thinking about a mid-career transition but are uncertain about it - it might take a while, but it can be done!

UX internship hiring had slowed for a while but things seem to be picking up again now that many companies have figured out the new work paradigm, and that they are beginning to look for Fall interns.
