Please do not dispose of unspent aerosol cans in your trash or recycling. Under pressure, these can explode and cause fires in our trucks and at our MRFs. Please expel everything out of the can prior to disposal. If your cans have aerosols still in them, please bring them to a SAFE Center for proper disposal. Thank you.

Happy 4th of July! Please help keep our drivers and MRF personnel safe. Please submerge and soak fireworks in water for at least 15 minutes prior to placing them in a plastic bag, before disposing into your trash container.

Great news, #Angelenos! Our #SAFECenters are re-opening on Saturday, July 11 to accept household hazardous waste (HHW) and electronic waste (e-waste)! To keep... everyone safe, we have some simple ground rules. 1 Remain in your vehicle at all times. 2 Face coverings are mandatory at all times. 3 Materials must be in your unlocked trunk or tailgate.
