Dear Ustach Parents & Guardians, In preparation for the remainder of Trimester 2, we are having another curriculum distribution. We appreciate all that you are doing to support your child(ren) and our school as we work through this school year together. ... Distribution will be on: December 17th & 18th from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm In adhering to the safety regulations due to COVID-19, please follow safety guidelines Masks must be worn Practice Social distancing of 6 feet distancing Check with staff to pick-up or drop-off material Please be patient and courteous as we will have many essential workers trying their best to get each family through in a timely manner. Items to be returned: (7th & 8th ELA students) If you have any of the following titles please return the books. The Outsiders Freak the Mighty Maze Runner A Christmas Carol Items to be picked up: Art Elective students Oil pastels are ready for pick up Curriculum Math (6th grade only) Science (6th/7th/8th) ELA Core Literature (8th & 7th Honors only) You are asked to enter from Bear Cub Lane and pull to the side of the road as you wait to enter the school site, so we do not cause a traffic jam. If weather does not permit distribution at the front of the school, we will relocate to a drive through around our gym. An Aeries communication will be sent home if a change is made.

As we continue to support students and families with Sylvan SeLECT, we have planned a distribution of Art supplies and WEB Leader T-Shirts for this week. We appreciate all you are doing to support your child(ren) and our school as we work through this together. In adhering to the safety regulations due to COVID-19, we will distribute student materials through a drive-thru. We ask that all families stay in their car. Ustach staff will approach to deliver items Please be patient and courteous as we will have many essential workers trying their best to get each family through in a timely manner. If you are unable to make your scheduled time please contact the office to schedule a pick-up time. Because there are over 1,000 Kodiak families, we ask that you follow the times listed below, so as not to cause a traffic jam. Free meals for ALL Ustach students! Pick up by portable classrooms on Bear Cub Lane. The Sylvan Union Nutrition Services Department is excited to announce the addition of Crossroads Elementary and Elizabeth Ustach Middle School to our existing Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program. Schools that participate in the Community Eligibility Provision program are able to provide breakfast and lunch meals each day at no charge for all their enrolled students. Parents and gua...rdians of students attending schools that are participating in the Community Eligibility Provision no longer need to complete a Free/Reduced Meal application to determine eligibility for free or reduced-price meals. Although parents and guardians no longer need to complete a Free/Reduced Meal application the district is requesting that you complete a School Benefit Form. The financial information you provide on the School Benefit Form will be confidential and will only be used to help determine the funding that each school receives from the state government. The financial information you provide by completing and returning the School Benefit Form will have a direct impact on the funding that your student's school receives from the state government. The School Benefit Form is used by the schools to capture financial information that will ensure your students' school receives all of the funding it is entitled to receive for state educational programs. The information you provide will not affect your student's ability to continue receiving free meals. You can access the school benefit form by creating an account online on portal.titank12.com and clicking on Income Form.
