USF CS Professor Jeff Johnson was recently interviewed by Adobe Systems on UX Design. The podcast "Wireframe" (Season 3, Episode 2) is now available and is called "Why can't dad unmute himself on Zoom?" The episode focuses on how technology design often fails older adults. Professor Johnson's interview is based on a book he co-wrote with Dr. Kate Finn: "Designing User Interfaces for an Aging Population."
