Regarding recent events

For all those who aren't Black, now is the time to listen. To educate ourselves. To donate. To take action. George Floyd was not murdered by one rogue cop or one bad apple. His death is part of the systemic anti-blackness upon which this country was built. And so for all of those angry about the lootings, acknowledge your privilege. Be angry instead of the fact that police brutality has claimed the lives of George Floyd, Trayvon Martin, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and... of countless other victims of racially motivated police brutalityof which only a few instances are caught on camera. Be angry about a system that has relentlessly profiled, impoverished, marginalized, and killed Black people. Be angry about the conditions that have led to these protests.
