She's responsible for creating reports that help management make informed decisions to better serve our members. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, practicing her cooking skills, traveling, and planning activities that her three little daughters smile. Makeda Hill is our featured staff member for this week’s #ThankYouThursday. She is currently working as a Member Relationship Specialist, but for the past 6 months, she has been a part of our EFT department. She is passionate about giving our members the best possible service while assisting them in a timely and efficient manner. In her free time, she loves to sing, write music, volunteer with the Make-A-Wish foundation, watch TV shows from the 90s, and surround herself with loving friends. She is also family-oriented and very appreciative of the USC family! Thank you Makeda for your service and contribution to our cooperative! Fight On!

He takes pride in assisting members with their lending needs and processing their personal and auto loan applications. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, taking evening walks with his dog, barbecuing, and, most of all, continuing to keep safe during this pandemic. We know it might seem crazy that we’re already talking about the 2021-2022 school year, but we promise it’s for a good reason. On October 1st, 2020, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) becomes available for the next school year. Most financial aid is awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Meaning the earlier you file your FAFSA, the better chance you will have to receive the most aid possible! Be prepared to apply by gathering the required application information. Tip If you are a dependent student, you'll also need most of your parents' financial information.
