Wellness Tip for a Better Morning (or anytime, really): Take several deep breaths anytime during your morning routine: in bed, in the shower, before breakfast... Breathing deeply brings more oxygen to your brain and sends a message of relaxation to your whole body, setting you up for a better day!

Midterm studying survival tip #2: Free yourself of distractions for awhile: Take a 2 hour break from fb, email, phone,.... while you're studying. We'll all still be here when you get back. :)

Midterm studying survival tip #1: Take breaks. About every 90 minutes or so take a 5 minute break. Stretch, move around, listen to music. Jumping jacks, push-ups and crunches really get your blood moving to your brain to increase focus - and you can do them anywhere.
