2020 has been quite the busy and tough year for us all. To say thank you and to celebrate 10 years since we opened up for business, we will be doing 10 days of giveaways starting TOMORROW. All prizes will be from local businesses in our community. We will announce the rules for entries tomorrow. Today, we get to meet our VERY important, Escrow Officer AND Manager, Crystal Upton, whom we would not be able to run without! Crystal is also the daughter of Laura (owner) and moved to Lake Arrowhead to help run the business in 2012. She brings knowledge, experience and extremely hard work ethic. Outside of the office, Crystal enjoys remodeling properties, painting, cooking, traveling and has an extreme passion for interior design (if you have seen her projects, then you understand). The team could not ask for a better Manager and Officer to look up to. To say she is great at her job would be an understatement. We are so grateful to have her apart of our team!

Happy July! We have been quite busy closing escrows over here thanks to all of our wonderful clients so sorry for the break in introductions of the team! We will introduce the escrow officers through the end of this week as we already did our team of assistants (who are really the most important). Today, you get to meet Catherine Figone, one of our wonderful Escrow Officers! She is the daughter of Laura (Owner), and Sister of our Officer/Manager, Crystal. Catherine and Cryst...al are partners and work as a team (A-Team!). Catherine started escrow at the age of 17 when Uptown Escrow first opened. She then explored Real Estate for a few years and came back to the Escrow side of things in 2015. Outside of the office, she loves to enjoy snowboarding in the winter and the lake in the summer! Everyone that knows her, knows she is quite the workaholic! In early and out late! She keeps us laughing and on our toes around the office. We are grateful to have her a part of our team! See more

Today, we get to meet Michael Figone, our star assistant who recently just got promoted to a Jr. Escrow Officer. :) As many know, our business is family owned/ran. Michael is the youngest son and brother, working for his Mother and Sisters, which can NOT be easy. Michael has worked for our team since 2015. He is currently attending California State University, San Bernardino, working toward a master’s degree in marketing and computer design. He constantly goes over and above for our clients and has made impeccable improvements in his Escrow Career. We are very lucky to have Michael as apart of our team.

Today we are introducing you to our wonderful Escrow Assistant, Jill Darwish! Jill joined our team in July of 2018. Prior to working for the company, Jill was in the Insurance and Financial Industry. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at her second home on the Colorado River with her family. Jill graduated from Rim of the World High School, moving off the mountain shortly after. She moved back almost 10 years ago so she could raise her son in our beautiful mountains! Jill is the "Mom" of our office, always taking care of everyone and everything! We are lucky to have her apart of our team!

As promised, this week you are meeting the faces behind the names. Meet Halie Pederson, one of our newest and youngest Escrow Assistants. Halie is currently attending college and working towards her Major in Journalism. Outside the office, her favorite activities include reading, softball, drawing, wakeboarding, and enjoying the lake. Halie has been employed with Uptown Escrow Services since 2019 and is one of the companies top escrow assistants. Halie’s contagious smile and upbeat personality is the first thing you see and experience when entering the office, which clients appreciate. She is the glue to our office. We are lucky to have her apart of our team!
