As we face a serious global issue of climate change and pollution, we all have to open our minds to alternative ways in which we live and use our resources. ... Last night I watched an episode of Down to Earth with Zac Efron (highly recommend) where they explored Iceland's renewable energy efforts and I was blown away with the Icelandic lifestyle/mindset and how much they were doing to help the environment. By taking toxic gases and mineralizing/solidifying them they're able to help clean the air and the biproduct?....Beautifully textured stones that we can reuse and possibly turn into furniture, sculptures, countertops, etc. or use for building even. How STUNNING is this foyer?! Once you step inside, these super high ceilings will make you feel like Alice from Wonderland who just took a bite of her mushroom and shrank. Often times the foyer is overlooked and yet it is such an important part of your interior. Wow your guests with a statement worthy entrance. ... Here we kept it simple in order to highlight the beautiful architecture of the house itself.

Introducing Project Cinnamon! In the early days of Upstage, I never imagined in my WILDEST staging dreams that we would have the opportunity to stage a property of this calibur. It took weeks and weeks of preparation and to be honest I was both excited and intimidated by this house. One of the biggest challenges was working with the substantial open spaces and large scale, but in the end it was such a rewarding experience! #unicornstage... THANK YOU @vl0co + @specialktina! We are so grateful for your trust and collaboration on this project! With 8290 square feet of living space on an acre lot with a guest house, SIP seems more like an extended holiday.
