There are 21 great proverbs which I think deserves a careful read by everyone to ponder. For me what resonates in this moment is #1 of 21: "Accept everything just the way it is." The article expands by saying how Acceptance is just a state of mind and with acceptance there is no destination or goal...it's just an exercise of the mind to be tolerant of anything life throws at us." Over the years I have exercised this muscle of acceptance and most times more so on the big things that happen in my life (getting fired, death, sickness, I've been able to accept the situation to be what it is, then theres other days like today that I get a shitty haircut, and just whimper! Ah yes, to be reminded to 'accept' and adjust ones state of mind!! Thank you Japanese Buddhist Master....i needed the reminder!

Thought id share this with you in case you too would like to try this to help you become more alkaline vs acidic. Do share how it makes YOU feel. I wake up to a glass of lemon water everyday but this has a slightly different recipe which seems like it too would also be beneficial since it has a pinch of Himalayan salt which are a great source of minerals!
