Over the years I have exercised this muscle of acceptance and most times more so on the big things that happen in my life (getting fired, death, sickness, I've been able to accept the situation to be what it is, then theres other days like today that I get a shitty haircut, and just whimper! Ah yes, to be reminded to 'accept' and adjust ones state of mind!! Thank you Japanese Buddhist Master....i needed the reminder!
