Please join us https://lnkd.in/gZ-ru6b on June 5th for a complimentary webinar I'll be giving, hosted by the National Diversity Council, on Metrics that Matter. Please help spread the word by re-posting. It's the inside scoop on the Diversity & Inclusion metrics tracking that actually has business impact. Too often our organizations are tracking metrics that are just a numbers game, without any ability to make an impact on recruitment, retention, advancement, employee engagement or innovation. This webinar gives the inside scoop on the metrics that will actually making a difference in your organizational success.
Would love all of you to "like" our parent company FB page -- Lead Inclusively, Inc., focused on the connection between inclusion and business performance.
As one of Marshall Goldsmith's 100 coaches, I spent the weekend with our growing cohort. For those of you who do not know him, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith has been named the World's most influential leadership thinker (2015 and 2011), top ten business thinker, top rated executive coach (2015, 2013, and 2011) and his new book "Triggers" is one of his many best sellers. He is also a personal hero of mine who continues to grace my life, both professionally and personally, in more ways than can be described here. I look forward to sharing the wisdom that I have learned with my colleagues, clients, friends and family. The lessons I have learned will be paid forward over the years in ways that I hope will make Marshall proud.

PLEASE VOTE BY COMMENTING BELOW: I have been looking for a new title for my book that addresses (1) how men can champion women at work and (2) how women can ask for the support they need. The book is illustrated with a golf metaphor. The original title was "Teach Me to Golf" -- subtitle was "The Handbook for Male Champions. The subtitle, in particular, does not reflect the dual audience (male and female) thus I asked for suggestions. The original book cover is below. The... top three contributions are below. Can everyone please vote? It will be so, so helpful before it goes to the publisher. Here are the choices: From Sean Van Tyne: "How Men Can Be Champions of Their Female Colleagues at Work" From Jackie P. Taylor, SPHR: A Handbook for Champions in the Workplace. (gender neutral option) From Sarah Jane Brady: FairPlay@work; Sharing the rules of the game See more
