Congrats to John Boyle, who is celebrating 8 years with us! John is a Sr. Marketing Consultant on the Marketing Team. He consults and assists UV members with locating solutions for their insureds. He handles various lines of business, but focuses primarily on income properties. When John is not working, he’s spending time in his art studio in downtown Fresno or enjoying the outdoors. He is also a member of the Fresno Gem & Mineral Society. Thanks for all you do, John!

UV Cares volunteered to help Hinds Hospice sort t-shirts and assemble swag bags for team registrants of the Angel Babies Virtual Walk/Run to be held tomorrow, Saturday, May 1st. United Valley is also a sponsor of the event. Angel Babies of Hinds Hospice provides services to families who have suffered the loss of a baby, or whose babies have a life-limiting condition. We are pleased to announce the addition of a new member, Worthington Insurance Services of Los Alamitos, CA. Worthington Insurance Services was founded in 1992 by Mike and Debi Worthington. The agency caters to both personal and commercial clients and brings a strong book of business with a balance of business across personal and commercial lines. Mike and Debi have a staff of four that sells to and services their client base. The team’s industry experience totals over 100 ye...ars. Mike and Debi recently added their son, Matt, to the team. Matt is excited to learn the business and take on additional responsibilities at the agency. Welcome to UV!!

United Valley recently provided a sponsorship to help the OLIVE Foundation open its safe house for sex-trafficking victims in Madera County. A two-year journey, OLIVE opened its safe house in March, with contributions from the community. United Valley’s sponsorship included naming and furnishing one of the five rooms in the safe house. Serenity Library was the name selected and the UV Cares team got to work. With the help of EMC Insurance Companies and their EMC Awards Prog...ram, United Valley chose to allocate its award points to help furnish the library and provide other furniture and small appliances needed, such as dressers, chairs, tables, patio furniture and small appliances. The library will be used for counseling sessions, family or social services visitations, and legal visitsall intended to support the survivors housed at the safe house. Linda Wall, Sr. Marketing Consultant put her interior decorating skills to work and selected the library furnishings: a bookshelf, rug, chairs and decorations to create a bright, inviting space, which all came together beautifully. John Molina, Member Services Specialist and Jamie Kilby, Supervisor / Sr. Marketing Consultant and Chair of UV Cares, were also on hand to help finish off the room, by placing donated toys, books, stationery and coloring books around the room. The new space will help begin the healing process and start the survivors on their journey! The OLIVE Foundation is a non-profit anti-human trafficking program started to help bring awareness and help eradicate human tracking in the Central Valley. Great work team and many thanks to EMC!

We are pleased to announce the addition of a new member in Clayton, CA, CIII Insurance Services. CIII was founded in 2018, by Cecil Collins III, sole owner and agency principal. Cecil brings 15 years of insurance experience to his clients, writing general small commercial lines and specializing in construction and artisan contractors. CIII focuses on commercial lines business, along with employee benefits and management liability products.... Welcome, CIII!!

Our UV Cares team met last Saturday to help the OLIVE Foundation move items from their storage unit into a new safe house that will help many have a fresh, safe start. The OLIVE Foundation partners with the Madera Police Department to help victims of human trafficking in the Central Valley. Thanks to the UV Cares team for all their hard work!

Donna previously worked as an Underwriting Supervisor at Employers Insurance Group, where she spent the last 9.5 years. Prior to that, Donna was an Agency Manager at a multi-location property and casualty agency. Her background includes just under 20 years of property and casualty experience.
