The Oxnard Cruise Alliance was honored to participate in a surprise birthday cruise on Jan. 10th. The cruise was for the son of a woman who OPD officer Randy L...atimer had rescued during a hostage situation 20 years ago. They had formed a bond since that incident and officer Latimer (now retired) wanted to surprise this young man. I want to thank everyone involved in this surprise birthday cruise....
