As a business there are times that your "customers" may not be happy with your service. In this day and age of social media thousands of people can be reached ...at any time. For a business when there is a customer complaint or accusation on social media they can respond if they feel they should and give their side of the situation. Unfortunately, because of the fact that our customers are patient's we cannot respond to complaints or accusations due to confidentiality. Recently, we were made aware of some accusations regarding our facility and our care. Although we cannot respond regarding these accusations, we do want to remind people that there are always two perceived sides to a situation. See more
